Refund policy

30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your Wooofly order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. To start a return, email support@wooofly.co with your order number. Once received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost.
